Being completely transparent with our clients is one of the pillars of our business. So much so that we’ve created a Price Hold Policy that protects you from external cost increases for an extended period of time.
Here’s how it works:
We will sell you a new home based on the known product and labour costs at the time you pay your Pre-Construction Fee. For a period of 180 days following receipt of this Fee, we will hold the agreed price for you – regardless of changes in product and labour costs.
You have to agree that our Price Hold Policy gives you peace-of-mind and financial surety as you enjoy the exciting Pre-Construction Process.
Many builders don’t like you making changes to their designs. It means more work for them and they’d rather just sell a home straight off the plan. We take the opposite approach. If you need us to change any of our designs so that the layout and functionality of your new home is better suited to what you want – go for it and take as long as you need to create your dream home. Many of our designs are also modular – in that you can take a floorplan that you love and match it with an elevation that suits your personal tastes. Your Sales Consultant can show you all the modular options available.
If you’re considering a custom residence, our design team will jump at the opportunity to create your new home from a blank canvas. Our custom design process is a very personal and exciting one and we will sit down with you and discuss every detail of your design brief before we begin creating concepts for your bespoke home. The beauty of our customer design service is that you are central to every decision that’s made from the layout through to any luxurious finishes you desire.
Many of our clients are choosing to build two-storey homes based on our experience and expertise in double storey design and construction. Not only have we created some truly stunning two storey homes across Perth’s metropolitan area, we’ve also built two storey display homes in suburbs such as Melville, Gwelup, Dianella and Ellenbrook. In fact, our two-storey homes are so highly regarded, our CEO Michael Aveling and his partners were invited to build the Appealathon Home in the riverside suburb of Waterford.

Our industry-first Online Selection Centre is where you make all your Pre-Start selections for your new home. This web-based platform couldn’t possibly be any easier and it will save you time take the stress out of deciding on the perfect new home finish. While other builders will give you product catalogues and paint colour brochures, the Aveling Homes Online Selection Centre allows you to choose all your colours, finishes, appliances, tapware and accessories from either your phone, tablet or computer – anywhere, any time.
If you ever have any questions about your Online Selection Centre process, your Pre-Start Consultant will always be available to assist, answer any questions and even give you some insights into selections that may improve your home’s design scheme.
Having built literally thousands of homes for Western Australian families, over the years we have continued to adjust and improve our construction process. Once your slab has been laid, what you’ll experience with Aveling Homes is a highly efficient build that will see you getting the keys to your new home before you know it. On an almost daily basis, you’ll be serviced by your Construction Consultant who will be your dedicated point of contact throughout your new home build.
Your Aveling Homes Lifetime Structural Warranty gives you the peace-of-mind of knowing that the concrete foundations, structural brickwork and structural timbers are warranted against failure for a period of 25 years from the date of key handover. This means you can relax in knowledge that in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we’ll be there to sort it out for you.
In the first twelve months from when you receive the keys to your new home, if there are any minor issues requiring our attention simply record the details on your Twelve Month Service form. They’ll then be attended to as part of your Twelve Month Service. It’s all part of the after-sales experience you’ll enjoy with Aveling Homes.
