sales consultant alluded to certain things that never happened or never followed up on. i.e colour proffesional semiar attendance as a guest of his and his wife. This never happened. On occaisions he said things we wanted to hear to keep us on side. Other than that things were great and never seemed a problem….
As with job 12134, sales and construction were great. Pre-start was hit/miss (i.e. inconsistent). With the finished product, the painters were impressed with the finish as were the flooring installers. Good experience overall on both projects and no hesitation coming back in the future
When the second site manager, _______, came on board, everything felt so much smoother and easier and communication improved. Very impressed and happy that completion and handover occurred 3 months ahead of estimated date. Every person along the way was very professional and left us feeling stress-free. Great service through out the whole experience. From sales all the way through to construction and hand over, could not really complain. Good service from employees i dealt with though i did go through 3 different construction consultants. All in all happy with the finished product and would recommend Aveling to others.
We built with Aveling because after comparisons we found it was better value. Our plan came in cheaper and with better inclusions e.g. our Aveling standard inclusion roof was going to be a $3000 upgrade with another builder. WE ENDED UP HAVING 3 INSPECTIONS AFTER PRE-HANDOVER, TO CHECK IF READY FOR HANDOVER EACH TIME THE ONLY THING WAS THE PAINTERS FINISH.
